WelcomeJoin your friends in supporting retired teachers Placer County, Division 67 has 567 dedicated members. Many committees are working hard to keep members informed about issues that affect retirement. ScholarshipDivision 67 gives two $1000 scholarships to Sierra College students transferring to a four-year college to pursue a career in education.The Helen K. Duran Beginning Teacher Support Grants of $250 each are awarded to five Placer County public school teachers in their first three years of teaching. Community ServiceRetired teachers are encouraged to compile their volunteer hours. The volunteer hours reinforce the concept that teachers are valued and productive members of society. |

MembershipMembers of CRTA receive many benefits, such as, insurance and travel. Membership is open to teachers, spouses and friends. Invite a retired educator to a division meeting and that person will receive a free lunch. When a current member brings a potentional member to a General Membership meeting, and that person joins that day, the current members lunch will be paid by Division 67 that day.
